    Default Food causing migraines?

    Well not food...
    I have drunk nothing but water today and the migraine iv had for 3 days started going away. So I thought ild have a cordial this Arvo, I drank it and prob half an hr later my migraine came back... Could the cordial cause it?

    Hard to say. I know too much sugar usually gives me a headache.

    Perhaps the preservatives? Depends on how used to sugar/preservatives etc it is. If its the first time it's given you a migraine then I'd think probably not.

    Did it have artificial sweetener in it? Some people get headaches from that.

    I get migraines from compound chocolate (cooking chocolate).

    I get bad headaches when i drink juice, cordial and sometimes fizzy drink I am certain its the artifical flavours/colors etc in it.

    It was tropical cordial from cottees iv been drinking it for the 3 days iv had the migraine (can't remember if it started after) then today I didn't have any and it started to go away then tonight I had some an it came back

    Have you still got the bottle, does any it have any of those ingredients from that list ? Some flavours are trade secrets though so they don't put the codes on the products.
