    I hope I can qualify for carers payment for him would take alot of financial strain off with his dietary needs (elimination diet groceries are expensive ) ,meds and speech therapy

    Jagamoe - I just got that exact same form in the post yesterday And I am confused as well, we already filled out the other form with his doctor and now he needs this other one too.

    Wonder why they're sending forms out again I still haven't gotten it in post they sai they sent it Thursday last week but nothing yet ?? I'm confused guess just fill out n send back and hope for the best
