    Oh my boobs were sadly all fat! I never had boobies unless preg and while BF. poor me haha
    My favorite ever cereal is sanitarium honey and macadamia with oat clusters! I HATED cereal, this one is by far the most amazing cereal I have ever had! I eat a bowl of it eery second morning with a banana and I usually have the oats with berries or two pieces of rye French toast with a banana and cinnamon sprinkled instead of salt :-) num num

    Ok.... Update! I've been sick! Have been trying to maintain my eating but my exercise is way behind! Spewing!
    I didn't loose weight last week.... However I didn't put on either, I'm exactly the same. I guess that's ok. Still not up for jogging again yet but I have been for a few walks to keep me going.

    So I can't believe it's been 2.5 months since I've written in here. I haven't lost any weight but I haven't really been trying either. It's so depressing when you have good intentions and things just go pear shaped.
    I've decided to take the approach of eating the best I can for the situation as when I'm out I struggle eating healthy. It's not great but it's a start over... I'll just pick the healthiest thing available.
    I have no time to exercise and its really getting to me
    Ahhhhh such a bad day, just not feeling great so I'm having a whinge and a vent.... Sigh....

    It's hard isn't it. I have stopped most of my exercise 2 months ago! It's just to hard not having the time with 3 kids and hubby working interstate, luckily all my weightloss was food related. Exercise was just to tone and get healthy. I still do the odd run or 1000 step trek but not weekly anymore.
    You are what you eat, if you eat wise you too can loose weight
