    I do it in microwave and stir it at 1 min than every 30 sec's after that. Remember to stop before the last bud melts. It will melt with stirring.

    I will have to try it.. I just avoid it actually. I do things like gnache or dip where I heat cream and add that to choc that's easier,

    My 2 year old has only just fallen asleep :/ big day tomorrow, taking him out to 'ag-quip' to see the tractors and cows & ambulance / fire engine.

    And hopefully theres some decent shops out there.
