    Vacuum cleaner or washing machine cause I can't imagine trying to clean what needs cleaning without them. The thought is enough to give me nightmares about drowning in washing full of cat hair.

    Washing machine for sure, followed closely by fridge.

    For me it's the dishwasher and washing machine.

    Actually, the fridge has to be a winner, too.

    In terms of small appliances I have a crush on my mixmaster and my blender.
