Default Adobe flash player for iPad?

So, I just joined weightwatchers online and have gone to use the website on my iPad and tells me I don't have adobe flash player and that it doesn't support it. Is there an app I can get? Or do I need to lug the monster laptop out to use it?

    Thanks in advance.
