I'd sacrifice my change for someone who feels that way about themselves.

My flexibility (or lack thereof). I've never been able to sit crosslegged (even as a child) and have very poor flexibility with my legs. Recently our parents group had yoga as an activity, and I was quite surprised to discover that I was the least proficient out of everyone (though one lady declined to participate due to injury). There are several much larger women in the group and I expected them to have difficulty, but no I was the one floundering.

As a teen I and young adult, I did regular streches to try and improve my flexibility but it was still very poor. After having children these fell by the wayside, and I've done pretty much nothing in the area.

So what I am saying is that my leg flexibility has always been poor, but as an adult I have not done anything to try and improve it either.

On second thought ... I'd also rid myself of my harsh criticism ... Something I save solely for myself.

I would rid myself of my crushes. When I get one, I get it bad. And if the feelings aren't reciprocated (which they're normally not) then I a) have a hard time letting go and b) get hurt. I hate it. At the moment my crush is the physio at work. He's gorgeous, nice and single. But I don't ever have a chance to talk to him so spend all day looking out for him, and if I don't get to see him I'm so disappointed! I tried to add him on FB but it looks like he won't add me (don't know if it's cause we work together or not but I'm not going to ask) so I'm stuck :'(

Same here. Mine comes and goes... I can usually control it and been OK lately, but it's always lurking, ready to consume me. It's become so much a part of me and makes up a big portion of my personality.. awkward, sensitive, self critical, guilt ridden, easily depressed... blergh.

I'm short tempered, bossy, fussy and sometimes mean.

I know people might think these are easy to fix, but they really aren't. I don't want to be this way.

The weird part is, none of this has ever happened to me, so I don't know why I fear it so badly.
