Used them. Labour was good up until they broke my waters then it went to the dogs. I did go 10 days early (first baby) which I think was helped by the tablets

I used raspberry leaf tea and tablets - it worked both times but as I started it earlier ie 32wks with dd2 - I had a shorter easier labour with a very quick recovery with her.

First labour was long due to posterior positioning and a big baby. Second was short and sweet. Both - quick recovery post birth and after birth pains were minimal. Didn't need pain relief with either.
