Default Age gaps (when the girl is older)

I'm 41 and DH is 30 he is an old fuddy duddy though, plus I look younger and he looks older so people assume we are both mid 30,s! Works perfectly for us

It depends, if they're both adults.

Anyone overage dating or sleeping with someone underage isn't right, regardless of gender.

Someone in my family is 19 {her} dating a 45 year old {him}, which I think is just plain gross. I'd never say so, but it's a bit weird to see them kissing, he has grey hair! He looks like {and could be} her dad

If both people are consenting adults, then who cares?

Default Age gaps (when the girl is older)

I'm 26 and would feel weird dating someone who is 19 only because I have a niece who is 17 and nephews who are 16 and 19 to me is more in their age range. Would feel like I'm dating a kid. But for others so long as they are a legal age and both consenting whatever floats your boat.

I'm 33 and DH is 28. We got together when I was 23 and he was 18, met when he was 17.
    Works for us

My neighbor is 39 and her DH is 30 and they have a 3 yr old and are great together.

Thanks for all your replies guys, some interesting points. (And don't worry I wouldn't ever go anywhere near anyone who's under 18!)

Pretty sure it's just a fling...especially seeing as I even have to ask the question "is it weird" lol.

I also agree that the older the couple gets the less the age gap matters.
