Default Urgent!!! Need some quick fixes for cough/sniffles!

I have a job interview today...and I've woken up with a really unattractive cough and sniffle!

Can any of you lovely ladies recommend what to get to suppress these? It needs to be non drowsy, as I have an hour drive ahead.

    TIA

Whilst now is obviously not the ideal time to be trialing new meds.... I would suggest zirtec to help with sniffles and sneezes. Everything else makes me drowsy

if it's a dry cough maybe a nice warm lemon and honey drink to soothe throat and the honey will make your throat not scratchy so
    no need to cough.

dimetapp purple one always clears my runny nose within an hour ad it's non drowsy

Good suggestions, thank you! I think I may actually have a bit of leftover dimetapp in the cupboard actually! Time to go on a big hunt!!!

Interview is in 2 hours!!! So hopefully at least the sniffles will be gone! Yeah, it's just a dry cough. I would reschedule the interview but I don't want to miss out on the job! They have a fair few applicants already.

Hmmm. I only have dimetapp blue (color free) or a dry tickly cough one. Both warn drowsiness may occur...do I take the risk? Lol
