OH you poor thing! I had it years ago to and that was when my thyroid condition was picked up, it's an autoimmune condition, Hashimoto's or hypothyroidic (under active thyroid). I haven't found the diagnosis to be a huge deal it's relatively easy to treat (BTs and medication for life).
I hope they find answers for you soon .
