I had a miscarriage 12 months ago and my husband and I are now joyfully pregnant again. The last two weeks (after seeing my GP) I have been feeling a few symptoms, nausea, bloating, sore nipples but I've also had mild cramps (feels more like the result of gas) and this morning I've woken up and not felt pregnant at all. I'm terrified that I'm going to have another miscarriage because I don't feel pregnant anymore. I have 1 more week to wait until my first date scan (should be about 8 weeks counting from my last period)... is this normal? Have other people had days of feeling symptoms and other days of feeling nothing?
Thanks in advance for any feedback xx

during my first trimester I had a handful of days where i felt completely fine, and stressed about it so much I couldn't just enjoy feeling good. The symptoms will most likely come back with a vengeance in a day or two.

Agree with FL. I also had days where I felt awful and then normal, around 8-10 weeks then nearly every day until 16 weeks felt terrible. With the odd normal day in between.
