I'm looking for a good yoga DVD that is suitable for someone who isn't a yoga pro (like... At all) but wants to keep fit during pregnancy.
I want a DVD because I can't trust myself to actually get dressed and drive down to the gym to participate in a class, although I know I'll do it of I know I can do it at home.
Can anyone recommend a good DVD?

Look up Heather Seiniger, she has a fantastic DVD. It is pre and post natal too which is good! It's a great workout and she offers easier alternatives for those who are into their 3rd trimester or struggling.
I highly recommend it!
