Default What do you use when AF visits?

I recently saw an add for cloth menstral pads and it got me thinking.
    What do you use?

Before children i used tampons mostly but now after kids i actually find i prefer pads.

Also, anyone use cloth pads? how do they work for you? are they comfortable? I use cloth nappies so why not cloth pads.

I wouldn't mind giving these a try. But for the moment I use pads.

Yeah I would be interested to know more about those cup thingies!

I used to use only tampons before kids. but I also now prefer pads & only use tampons when exercising.

I've used cloth pads, not much different to using Mcn.

    I use disposable pads.

I use pads, will not use tampons. I wont try cloth pads either, that just grosses me out for some reason.
