    Default High Natural Killer Cells

Kiwi that is great news :-)

So had quite a significant amount of bright red blood ( guessing about about 250mls) over the last five hours. Also passed a couple of very small clots ( half a five cent piece?). Good news is it seems to have slowed and no cramping or anything.

Dr M said strict bed rest and increased prednisolone and progesterone for three days. FS clinic said keep in touch but earliest they can recheck bloods is Monday...

Just not sure how this one will pan out, poor DH is a mess. Keep everything crossed for us x

Nat - any movement from your little man yet?

    Nope nothing here yet.

Scruffy, my mum bled heavily up till around 12 weeks when she was pregnant with my both my brothers... And everything turned out. As long as you have no cramping I'm sure its fine xx

Hi Ladies, I haven't commented on here for a long while but I've been reading along and I just wanted to say Hi.

Kiwi and Scruffy...I have my fingers crossed for you both and I hope you are doing OK.

I am PUPO at the moment after my first cycle with Intralipid and Colorado protocol. I was just wondering if any of you weren't successful using Intralipid, what did your FS suggest next? My FS said my NK cell level was 21 and that was 'high'. Do any of you know if that is moderate, or very high, extremely high??

Hi MrsErin - congrats on being PUPO!! Let's hope the intralipid works, if not the next step is IVIG. Similar process to the intralipid but more expensive Using blood products rather than eggs, soy etc... I had a chemical with Intralipid in Dec and BFP with IVIG this month.

Romy - glad Sat went well for you. You turn on your signature in 'control panel' then on the right hand side is a tab saying 'edit signature'

A big hi to everyone and thanks for all the well wishes.... I am pleased to let you know all your positive thoughts worked
HCG today 20000, up from 9230 on Friday - phew. That was the scariest day of my IVF ride.

So I am now booked to fly to Sydney for IVIG on sat - Kiwi, hope to see you there
