So after my thread the other day, how do find a counsellor/psychologist? I have been before and I daresay I've already used up the sessions available through a mental health plan. I have been to some pretty terrible counsellors/psychs in the past and am trying to find one but they are all so expensive.
I have more than just the anxiety (the anxiety is down the bottom of the list) so i know it would be a longer term thing. One wrote back saying $180. How do I afford prices like that just to talk (and it possibly won't work anyway.) *sigh* It seems do hard to get help

You can try seeing your doctor and getting a mental health plan where you get free sessions (I have done this before) another option is looking at beyond blue and you can mental heat GPs, counselors, and psychologists.
