I just went out and bought it - and it is awesome!

I used it first just to check it and I didn't even think I had a blocked nose - turned out I did eeeew!

DH and I just used it on DS and it was a bit of an effort because he kept turning his head but it definitely did the job - I'll be doing it every time his nose needs clearing. I actually can't believe how much mucous he had up his nose - poor thing, no wonder he's been feeling so crappy.
