    Default Best vacuum under $300

I am after a new vacuum and want to spend more than the usual $50 I normally spend. Budget it a bit tight but am willing to go up to $300 (a big deal for me to spend that much on a vacuum) I would love a Dyson but can't justify spending $600 + on a vacuum
What is you fav vacuum in budget pros and cons

I have a Vax zero fusion. Brought it a few years ago from Goodguys and it's still going strong. Hasn't lost suction, filters are in great cond and easy to clean. I paid around $400 back then but I think you pick them up for around half that now. They also have pretty amazing online reviews.

I highly recommend the vax pet (sorry would need to double check the proper name) it was $250 on sale at the good guys but normally its under $300.

We were saving for a dyson but after looking on the choice website we found this one and it got the second highest rating under a miele by 1%. It has the power heads just like the dyson, not quite as powerful but its very quiet which is good with bubs.

I bought an absolutely machine of a vacuum cleaner at Godfreys the other week. It was $150. It is very very powerful and just does a brilliant job. Best vacc I have ever bought and perfect for our bush property.

My fave part was the price!

Its a Hoover 3000 Performer. It takes bags (better for me) but the bags aren't expensive. It is light weight with a dual engine system so although the wattage isn't super high the motor is very powerful. I didn't believe the salesman but he proves me wrong, thats for sure!

Speaking of this I have to vacuum.

Here is my little monster ( I will add that we wanted a vacc that could handle alot of dust etc as our place gets very dusty from being on acerage, we didn't want to spend $600 or so on a fancy vac and this one is perfect. I wouldn't get he expensive vac now).
