    I had some at a friends where she slow cooked meat pieces with onion, beans, taco seasoning and tomato paste. It was awesome!

    I usually just use mince, beans, onions, garlic, cumin, coriander and a bit of tomato paste. Then top with bought salsa, cheeses and fresh salsa. Fresh is just tomato, lime, chili and coriander. Yum.

    I use corn chips. Then for the sauce i use a can of 3 bean mix, tinned tomatoes, onion, garlic and some herbs. Cheese on top then mash up avocado with sour cream or sometimes by itself and spread that over.

    I do chicken nachos, cook some chicken thigh in a burrito mix with some onion then i put a layer of corn chips, chicken, salsa, cheese, Melt cheese, then add some fresh cherry tomatos cut in half on top and chopped up spring onions with sour cream YUM
