This year in turned 27 in June, I thought my birthday was going to be the worst yet but it actually turned out to be lovely and one I will never forget.
I was in NICU @ the Women's and Children's with my little pem, away from home and missing my family. I arrived at the hospital in the morning to discover my little man had an amazing weight gain and was told by the pead we would be going home sooner than expected!
My mum also drove DD to Adelaide who I hadn't seen for weeks and missed terribly. I gave myself a leave pass from the hospital for the afternoon and took DD to the zoo. We had a wonderful afternoon together and despite being very sore from a csection and walking around the zoo for 3 hours I loved every minuet. I couldn't have asked for two better presents
Naw, I just cried reading this. What a beautiful birthday.

Worst birthday ever was when I turned 15. My best friend, whose birthday was the day before me, came to school and during class time got taken aside and told her mum had died. My heart broke for her, it was simply awful.

Best birthday - I'm not sure. I enjoy all my birthdays, but none stand out really.
