Default How much EBM per bottle? And when to start?

Hi. I have a wedding coming up in December and would like to successfully introduce EBM with my month old DD prior to this so I can have a few drinks. I'd also like dH to be able to give a bottle here and there.

I've been pumping after feeds and storing in 100ml lots (just the size of the containers I've got) but how much should I need per bottle for a DD of a couple of months? And how soon should I start offering her a bottle...I've heard too early is not good for BF establishment?

How old is DD? I gave my DD her first bottle at 4 weeks and we had no nipple confusion, but others have had a lot of trouble switching back to the breast. It can be damaging to supply, although if you've got plenty of milk then one night and a few feeds here and there might not be too damaging.
In regards to how much bubs will need per feed here's a link:
