What Bec said about tummy time is a really good suggestion. Tummy time can be cuddle time too

My DS is 7 months and 5 days has been rolling from front to back for about 6 weeks now (he just did it one day in gymbaroo whilst looking up at some bubbles!) and has only just started rolling from back to front. Now he doesnt stop!
Everytime he had floor or cot time we practiced practiced practiced with him and I thought he'd never do it by himself....until one day he wanted to grab something, then he just did it!
He doesnt sit by himself either nor is he anywhere near attempting to crawl.
Dont stress yourself about these things tho as they will do it when they're good and ready
I agree about gymbaroo though its excellent for learning how to show baby how to do things
