    1st gas, pethidine and epi.
    2nd planned on epi only but there wasn't time. In labour for 1hr 45 mins and stuck to my guns refusing gas and pethidine. Was seconds away from epi needle when I had to PUSH. 3 pushes and DS was out. What a fantastic labour and I felt so much better afterwards.

    I used heat packs, water (shower and bath), breathing and vocalisation for all 5 of my births

    No pain relief. I had a waterbirth and found the water to be sufficient
