I have a 4 month old ds and was wondering whether others have their little ones in a similar routine.
7-7.30 - wake and feed
9-9.0 - nap
11.00 - 11.30 - feed
1.00 - 1.30 - nap
3-3.30 - feed
5- 5.30 - nap
7.30 - 8 bath and feed
I was especially wondering about the third sleep. He definitely needs it but was wondering if I should wake him up earlier for his bath and feed?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

don't wake him. that'll make him cranky and irritated and that will upset the entire routine and you too.

It really depends on what you're happy with. If you're happy with the routine as it is at the moment and happy with his sleep overnight, leave him be. If not, move the morning nap up by 15 mins or so, will shift the whole days sleeps without leaving him short when its time to settle to bed.
