None, ever. Just a risk I'm not willing to take.

I was not really a drinker before we got pregnant and didn't drink while we were TTC and have not have any during my pregnancy.

I have friends who have had a drink while they are pregnant - and that is their choice - but at the end of the day, for me, its only 9 months - not a long time to go without.

I didnt know I was pregnant for quite awhile, so drank in the evenings (1-3 drinks with dinner)
When I found out I was pregnant, I stopped.

None during pregnancy or since DD was born 8 weeks ago. TBH I didn't miss it but I'm starting to miss being able to have the odd wine here & there.

Maybe 1 small glass of wine once a fortnight. Midwives fine with it, also suggested a big glass of red with a hot curry to relax me and try to kickstart labour
