    I think it's too late now but if u want to try it b4 next round. Find the cookbook of hers called: crunchtime cookbook. There is a 12 week food program in that and the recipes are some of what we are eating.

    @icagul if u want it this program will get results. I am loving the program and exercise regime! But it does take time and required u to plan and be organized

    I am concerned as to whether I'll be able to commit 100% to the program (it would certainly be my intention to try !!). I have three young kids, my husband and I both work night shift (at alternating times) and life is SOOO busy. I keep wondering when I'll find the time to exercise.

    You know what though.. I guess if you really want something, you'll MAKE the time. That's just what I'll have to do. No excuses !!

    Yep that's part of it making time when u feel u can't. Michelle's big into u taking responsibility. If u want this it will work!

    My results r testament to that
