Our friend has some hens that were rescues from being battery hens, and my grandma has taken on ducks so we currently have 4 duck eggs and 2 dozen chook eggs, but we don't seek out eggs, so not really vegan, but predominantly make vegan food with eggs when they happen.

I like things like frittatas, omelettes as you can chuck just about anything you like in them, home made chicken schnitzels I put some Parmesan in with the bread crumbs MMM. Home made pizzas you can use bought bases or I like to use Lebanese/pita bread it crisps up nicely but not too doughy - use any toppings you want I love everything including feta on mine. I make tuna cakes and vegies too, basically tuna, mashed potato, bread crumbs, onion, whatever herbs you want etc then in the Pan til golden. Pasta bakes, vegetable soup, tacos/enchiladas & salad..

Also fruit salads, toasted sandwiches, banana honey and cinnamon on toast, cheese & crackers or tuna, sardines in tomato sauce on toast (not everyone's cup of tea but I like them) salad sandwiches, boiled egg and tomato sandwiches, baked beans on toast..

Can you tell I like food?
