I did once and i couldn't sleep because i was so paranoid about it. Back when i used to wear tampons (pre-kids) it was regular for me to sleep 12 hours at night and it just feels like too long to keep one in.

I used to live in tampons during af... But since seeing a naturopath and fs I've been warned off them purely becos I slept with them in and when u are laying down for hours it pools up and can cause problems down the track, eg endo, infertility etc... So after my lap in nov 11 I've never slept with them in and only use tampons if I have to ie- gym and if it's heavy..

Now only use pure organic cotton tampons and pads!

I seem to be in the minority, I don't ever.

I was always told this was really bad, especially if you have a very light flow.

This was always what I thought, and what I thought was the norm.

DOOOOO IIIIITTTT. I have publicly admitted on the forum to lactating from a third nipple....that is rather embarrassing.
