    Default Weight watchers experiences anyone??

    Hi guys!
Has anyone recently done weight watchers? How much did you lose? How long did it take? Did you starve? I'm thinking about joining

I joined weight watchers about 7 years ago. I lost 20kg, I can't remember how long it took. Since then I've lost another 5kg. I've been at goal weight for over 6 years. I found it easy. No food was banned, which appealed to me

WW is great. You don't starve and it works. It's very easy an if you have an apple device you can get a free mobile app. I've lost 8kgs so far on it, without excersize in 6 weeks.

Love it! Works if you don't cheat yourself. I loved the flexibility and that you can use it for life with ease. Lost 20kg and maintained for a year. Will return to it after bubs is born.

I have done WW before my wedding and after the births of both my girls. First time I lost 16kg, 2nd time 12kg and currently at 8.4kgs in 9 weeks without excersise every time. I don't find it restrictive I still eat things I would usually it just teaches me better options and portion size.

I've been doing WW since May and have lost 10.1kgs which I'm happy about. I have plateau-ed a little for the past 4 weeks but have started to be a lot more serious about exercise and tracking.

I would be so happy to lose another 3-4kgs by Christmas. Then in the new year concentrate on another 5kgs.

But in terms of 'working' - I believe so. You have to make your food choices with the help of pro points so that gives you tips for life. Whilst I'm sure there is a place for the jenny craigs, lite n easys of the world, I feel WW is great for weight management throughout life.
