I was a big eater but now I'm not. I'm never hungry and then when I am I never want anything In the house lol

My diet at the moment shocks me compared to pre pregnancy. I was in the middle of trying to lose weight and got a surprise pregnancy. I've been violently ill some days with all day sickness and I seem to always be hungry I went from eating 1 piece of bread a day to eating 2-4 and a cup of rice most days. I'm scared of how much I'm going to gain but if I let myself get too hungry I vomit so I just can't win! And im too exhausted to exercise but I just want my baby to be happy and healthy so I shall continue as I am at the moment

Typical day of eating for me is:
Brekky - 2 or 4 weetbix and tea
Lunch - Ususally a salad sandwich or roll sometimes i'll add roast chicken if some leftover.
Dinner - varies anything from curries, pasta, meat and salad, bbq, fish, spag bol, tacos or a sneaky take away.
Late night snack - toast with butter and tea.
Im trying to increase my water but i hate water.
Also going thru sugar cravings in late arvo so will have to work out why that is lol

These are some Diet which must be taken by pregnant women
Fruit and Vegetables, starchy food (carbohydrate), Protein, Dairy, Food that are high in sugar or Fat, Healthy snacks, preparing food safely, Health start voucher.
