Where are you feeling the pain? And is it constant or disappears and recurs?
Cluster headaches and tension headaches can often occur over quite a few days, they often respond best to anti-inflammotory pain relief or a relaxant type medication. Massage will also help, plus drinking more water.

Thanks ladies. I ended up going to the dr and he said it was cluster headaches.

The only thing that gets rid of mine is a dark room, strong painkillers and sleep.
