Default Breast feeding and gastro...help !!

Hi just after a little advice. I've had a gastro bug for the last two days. Nothing too serious, still managing to keep fluids down. My DS is 15 months a still demand feed. My milk supply feels non existent and when at the breast DS is getting frustrated (I'm assuming because there is no milk)

Just wondering if it's ok to keep feeding. Don't want him to get my bug. Also what can I do keep my supply up. Any advice would be much appreciated. This is the first time I've been sick like this since we began our feeding journey.

    Thanks in advance

Drink as many fluids as you can stand !! Rest as much as possible...
Try to keep up feeding it's probably your breast milk that has prevented bubs from getting sick
    Good luck !

I agree with the advice about fluids. Even if you can't keep water down, take little sips often. I was sick about a week ago and lost my supply too. But it actually came back the same as before a few days after I recovered.Bub was also feeding a lot and that probably helped it come back. I also forced myself to eat a big bowl of oats, flaxseed and brewers yeast every morning for a few days, even though it was the last thing I wanted. You probably don't want to do that with gastro, but maybe after you start feeling better?

Hi ladies thanks for all your replies. It was great reassurance. Just kept up the fluids and feeling much better. DS had been absolute hobby monster and feel my supply is better today.
