    Please please please nobody take megafol !!

    we can NOT process folic ACID but need natural active FOLATE. We need to source our own supplements containing methyl folate or FOLONIC acid - both active forms of folate. Folic acid is synthetic and sadly added to many foods such as bread. For us it can be detrimental to our health.

    Yes what @Brisbane Pom said.... DO NOT take folic acid...

    And be aware I've not found a pre-natal vitamin that doesn't contain it.
    Be aware of added folic acid in foods too...

    I've been buying this pre-natal off iherb.com super easy and fast. You can also buy the folate too.
