    I don't see it as a negative thing at all. Downs Syndrome doesn't make the body look any different, only the eyes/facial structure. So why shouldn't a person (child or adult) with DS not be able to model clothes?
    This girl is just super cute and looking at that smile, made me instantly smile right back at her

    she is gorgeous, i dont see how it can be negative yes she has DS, she is also every bit the perfect model, gorgeous lovely eyes for the camera and a smile that lights up the photo. The fact she has DS is neither here nor there
