I've just received an email from a journalist at the Sunday Mail in Queensland.
I would love to talk to any Queensland mothers with babies who have feeding intolerances and have now found themselves left high and dry by the changes in the PBS system since July 1.
Currently amino acid synthetic baby formula is no longer automatically subsidised by gov but parents must pay full amount or go through specialists who has massive waiting lists.
Are you and your baby suffering due to these changes. Is the financial burden too much and is your child suffering without the much needed miracle milk…
Please email me your contact details to sinnertonj @ qnp.newsltd.com.au without the spaces) or call 07 3666 6346… I am hoping to run this in this weekend’s Sunday Mail so if you could get back to me asap I’d be v grateful thanks so much

Are you affected by PBS changes to prescribed formula (and you're in QLD)?

Hi - the paper is still looking - they'd just like to speak to someone about how the changes affect them. Thanks!
