Who just comes in once a week to prepare a few meals/snacks for your family. How does it work? Do they give you a shopping list of what they need? How much do they charge per hour?

I would imagine that would be really expensive, seems like something that Oprah would hire iykwim.

I have a friend who has one and just pays an hourly rate. Just wondering if others do too. Definitely not like Oprah, just trying to find ways to free up a bit of time and makes things less stressful on all of us for when I work. I am thinking a cleaner/cook sort of thing.

Yeah, I want a thermomix too.
I am happy to spend the money if it means we are happier When I work (8 months of the year) it is 60 hours a week + and I take my kids with me to work (2 go to school (we have 5 kids.) Kids go to school an hour away and have multiple activities, assignment, etc and we have multiple commitments, so anything to lighten the load would be great!
