I was first with Next Generation Parramatta. Great FS in Kim Matthews BUT they made too many mistakes and alway were rushing me or keeping me waiting for appointments! A friend of mine failed to listen to my stories and she too is now experiencing this, and is about to move to Genea.

I moved to Genea to see Dr. Lighton, AMAZE-BALLS experience. Totally worthy of the small amount extra you pay. Better service, more personal and TOPS results!

    Good luck!

    Welcome Cheals

I was with IVF Australia and changed to Genea. Found my FS to be more aggressive in the treatment rather than the laid back approach. Genea is more organised and professional (not saying that people haven't had success with IVFA). The cost isn't much more...this round cost me $100 more than it would have with IVFA. The wait was only a few weeks so I'd make an appointment ASAP even without the referral from your GP, you can get that later.

Heard some success with Westmead, think it's cheaper but it depends on where you live...for me it's not an option.

I am also with Next Generation Fertility-Parramatta & have nothing but nice things to say about my FS, FN's & even the receptionists. I've never felt rushed or had any mistakes with any of my cycles-however these are just my individual experiences. I have built up personal relationships with almost everyone I have dealt with there.

I have an almost 2 year old DS & am currently pregnant with number 2. I would have no issues recommending them to family or friends.

Wishing you the best of luck!
