Our little girl is 21 months and used to be a great sleeper. Lately she is ready for bed between 6:30 and 7pm. I don't like to keep her up if she tired so have been putting her down. Instead of sleeping thorugh she is now waking up anytime from 2pm onwards and DH and I have run out of ideas of how to get her back to sleep. We used to let her talk to herself and she'd fall asllep but now she'll talk then just start screaming. Sometimes I get her up change her nappy and give her a drink but the moment she goes back in the cot she screams so bad. I have managed to get her to fall asleep on me while I sit in my bed a few times but as I lower her into the cot we have the screaming again. Have just run out of ideas on what to do. Any help would be great
