    At 17 weeks I had my hair dyed. I'm naturally very dark haired and got blocks of colour underneath so that no regrowth shows though that way they didn't have to touch my scalp with the dye but they used one that is apparently ok to use for pregnant women it's ammonia free or something didn't smell a lot, I wouldn't have done it if I didn't trust it but I've only done it once I didn't want to increase risk by more exposure or anything just incase I guess
