Hi Muzzy, where do you live? In ACT we have lots of naturopath's that specialize in fertility, that said, we've only used Chinese medicine for acupuncture so I can't comment on their effectiveness. In general I've seen naturopaths and been very happy.

    Hi muzzy,

I would be careful about taking herbs etc. when cycling as some of them can have interactions with IVF meds or can give skewed results on BT's.
However I would certainly find a good acupuncture therapist.

Im on herbs and always had to stop when cycling. But it's best to take the herbs for a few month to 6 months for full effect. Good luck!!

Hmmm hardly seems worth it if I have to stop over the cycle.

    Hi muzzy

I saw one of the best natural fertility practitioners in Sydney. My personal experience is its not worth the money. I did the program with herbs, vitamins, gave up caffeine and alcohol. It didn't help at all i just missed out on my favourite things for 6 monts! Maybe it works for some people but it didn't for me.
