I'm the same as you grumpy! 0 loss, 0 gain. I think I'm ok with that, although I would have been thrilled to have lost 100g. But given what I've eaten lately I'm shocked that I haven't gained!
C'mon lovely ladies weigh in day!!

Hey everyone. I'm still around, but have been dreadful with sticking to healthy eating. We have had so many social events on and I've been indulging in a few to many wines. Ive been doing ok throughout the week though.
I'm think I'm going to leave it to the end to weigh in until the end so I don't become discouraged if the scales are unkind.

Today I am 74.4kg which is a 600g loss since last Monday. I am pretty happy with that although a bit frustrated with my slow progress given that I have eaten perfectly and exercised every day!! Maybe it is related to not enough sleep as you mentioned Eko. I hope so because otherwise I don't know what else I can do!
Oh well, I am going to keep plodding along... even if progress is slow I guess I'm still losing so will get there eventually... *sigh*
To those who haven't lost, don't worry! There is another week until next weigh in, so get back on that horse (or treadmill... or exercise bike )! We can do this!

Hi after having a very bad week with hardly any exercising I have still managed to lose 500g which goes to show even though I didn't exercise by having a healthy diet I can still lose small amounts, but if I want to meet my goal I'm am going to have to use the treadmill more than once a week lol

Started out good, then came the weekend... Might have indulged in a few ciders, cheese, savoys, dip & chips at a trivia night. Then popcorn at the movies last night... Oh and a little bit of pizza (which i felt so gross afterward) I knew it was so bad but did I stop myself nooooo!!! Anyhow, yesterday I had lost about 600g. Today I'm still at start weight and back to better eating. Not too bad considering what I ate & have done no exercise! Also feeling bloated and a bit yuck cause I think AF is finally rearing her ugly head.

Bad week here too. By the end of last week I'd lost 1kg since last weigh in, by yesterday is put it back on! Guess that's what I get for not exercising and eating crap. But the bloatedness and tummy aches I got from eating too much bread and processed food was enough for me to not do it again in a hurry. And working out felt soooo good last night, looking forward to it again today.
Anyway let's hope this week is a better one for us all!

Hello beautiful peoples.
How is everyone going this week?
I'm still doing really well food-wise, not a single naughty morsel has passed my lips! Going hard on the all fruit, all veg, lean meat, minimal fat (healthy fats ok), no sugar eating and feeling pretty good for it! MIL came for a visit the other day and came bearing cakes... oh how I could have demolished those cakes! But I resisted and made DH take them all to work to get them out of my sight
Exercise on the other hand hasn't been that good this week. The weather here in Melbourne is sooooooo cold and awful that I haven't been able to go walking as much. I know that's a bad excuse though - I have zumba on the xbox and should be doing that instead. Maybe today.
I wanted to show you last night's dinner as it was SO YUM. It's tandoori chicken (little bit of tandoori paste mixed with no fat greek yoghurt and marinate chicken before frying) on basmati rice (excellent rice and low GI) with toasted slivered almonds and currants stirred through. Served with a dollop of greek yoghurt and coriander on top, and a salad of diced cucumber, tomato, avocado, some lemon zest and coriander. Yum yum yum and so healthy Not the best picture as you can't really see the chicken all covered in the coriander... also my plating up skills aren't quite up to masterchef standards
Hmmm... ok I can't get the picture attached. Will post this reply and try to do the picture separately......

Ok here is the pic.
Tonight I'm going to do a simple pasta with chilli tuna, broccolini, spinach, tomatoes and capers. Yum.
I'm all about the food, baby!

I've been totally SHOCKING this last week. I like to have the graph updated as soon as everyone's weighed in but I've been so tired this week I've just been floating around forgetting EVERYTHING.
I found out that DH, DS and I are all going to be moving soon, to another state no less! So I've been pulling hair out trying to organise all of that. I also have those lovely preggy hormones making me so tired I just want to sleep all the time. No dice there of course .
I've been eating awful foods lately and it really has to stop. Far too much of it as well. There's no way I need the strawberry Big M milk or 2L bottle of lemonade in the fridge. The cold pressed apple juice is a little better because at least it has the vitamins in it. But I certainly didn't need the double Mars bar I had this afternoon.
I'm so worried I'm going to stack on the weight and I just seem to have 0 willpower at the moment. Quite unusual for me. It's like my internal junk food switch has been turned back on
So I'm going to have a look at the meal plans that babyfit have, and see if I can't get myself back onto some reasonable plan where I'm eating the right amount of calories but more nutritious foods. ARG!
So sorry I've been so out of it, hopefully I can pull my finger out and get this thread moving again. Only 3 more weigh-ins for this challenge! That's nothing! I can eat healthy foods for that much time, that's nothing .
