Chorizo pasta- fry up some sliced purple onion. Fry up chorizo slices. Add in a bottle of tomato passata and a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Simmer.
Cook fettuccine. Mix tomato and chorizo mix in.
Top with a handful of rocket and a sprinkle of Parmesan.

Night before last I made a chicken dish.

Fried some diced chicken breast with 1 sliced onion and 2 cloves crushed garlic. Added what was left of our frozen peas, 2 cups of rice, 2 cups of chicken stock(or water) and a can of cream of chicken and mushroom soup. Brought it to the boil on the stove, put the lid on, turned it down to lowest heat and simmered for about 25 minutes. Yummy

Cook lamb cutlets in a pan until slightly cooked/sealed, pour in a tin of salt reduced tomato soup, simmer until lamb is cooked to your liking. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve with mashed potato and steamed veg. Soooo yummy!! The soup reduces a bit and the flavour is so good!

The other night I made a pizza in my electric fry pan.
    1 cup sr flour
    2 tblsp oil
    2/3 cup water
    Salt
Put all ingredients in fry pan and mix to a dough and spread around pan.
Top with pizza sauce and your favourite toppings.
Cover and cook for 10 mins on med heat.
Quick and easy and it's yummy.
    Great recipe out camping too.
