Default Raised bassinette, bably slips down!

There's probably a really basic solution to this so please enlighten me! I have been raising 7 week old bub's bassinette on one side with a folded up towel to help relieve reflux (whole thing is on the floor not the stand). By the time it is next feed she has slid down to the bottom so her legs are froggy position. Is there a way I can stop her sliding?

maybe 'roll' the towel less and put it in a flattened, roll, wedge type shape?

There are both. I use the safe-t-sleep. Expensive but brilliant. I bought two and the second was bought secondhand online and is just as good as the first.
