i use the small homebrand bottle of dishwashing liquid concentrate. apply to dry hair and comb through. use a nit comb to remove eggs and lice. the liquid makes the eggs swell up so they are easy to remove. then rinse well and condition afterwards as the hair will be shiny and clean. worked on all my kids and completely safe

We had the dreaded outbreak I am
Pregnant so of course didn't want to use any commercial not treatments so all I did was got a lice comb, and every night applied cheap conditioner to everyone's hair then combed through with the lice comb, when the hair was dry, I then went through and picked out any eggs. If you do it every night, you can keep ontop of them so hopefully they can't lay more eggs and you catch them as they hatch.
