    Hi,

It really depends on how deficient you are and there are many protocols that doctors follow.

    Exactly this!

In my experience I was on 90mg (8%) crinone gel, once daily for the first trimester of my current pregnancy.

Best of luck with your journey.

    Hi 6 years trying
Maybe once you start on the progesterone get your doctor to check your progesterone levels. Some girls respond differently to the dosage that you take.
For my 2nd daughter I had to be on 2 pessaries morning and night until 12 weeks gestation as my it seemed that my body didnt 'absorb' it as someone else might. With my 3rd daughter I didnt need any support at all. Our bodies are wonderful things but can be confusing as well!! Good luck

I believe progesterone support is the reason I have my little miracle boy.
    It is well worth pursuing.
i was lucky and was overseas with this pregnancy and had oral progesterone instead of pessaries ... Not sure if they have it here, but so much easier, less messy!!
    good luck!
