I'm so sorry . I don't have any advice, I'm no fertility specialist so I don't know what can cause recurrent mcs .

Just wanted to say I'm sorry, and offer some hugs. I hope you get some answers soon.

I'm sorry for your loss. Unfortunately most docs won't do any testing until you've had 3 m/cs. Maybe you could speak to yours and all what could be going on, especially since you've had children in the past.
    *hugs*

I'm so sorry. My friends aunt had 5 unexplained miscarriages and now has a very healthy 9 year old boy. I hope it happens for you soon xx

I'm so sorry I'm sorry for your doctors reaction as well. All the best in trying again, it will happen for you

Ps my ob sent my partner & I off for testing after our one and only mc as the baby had trisomy 14. It's worth asking to have it done earlier rather than later

Thanks again to everyone who took the time to reply, we obviously hadn't told hardly anyone our news yet so the support and kindness from everyone here is very much appreciated.

I think I will ask for some blood tests initially when I see my GP on Monday (not sure for what in particular, I'm assuming there's general screening tests at this point?) I'm not sure about a referral to a fertility specialist given we made the decision to drop our private health insurance after the birth of my last baby, thinking we would go public again next time. Obviously we never thought we would be TTC for 12 months + and suffering two miscarriages, how naive I am!

Thanks again for all of your support everyone, I'm feeling quite nauseas, sore and drained so I'm going to try to put my feet up and rest now that the kids are almost in bed.

And I'm sorry to anyone who has experienced such loss, what an awful thing to ever go through!!
