Just incase anyone else is looking i got the Michelle Bridges 3 disc dvd set and oh my!!

Its awesome, such a good workout, so easy to follow and shes so motivating!

The super shredder circuit dvd is insane. Its the same training she gives her personal training clients. A great mix of cardio and strength.

I thought i was going to die and was pouring with sweat

So if anyone wants a good set of workouts for home i highly recommend

Yeh i got the Michelle Bridges dvd for $38 i think from Big W online.

Not bad for 3 separate workout dvds. One is a cardio kicker, one super shredder circuit and one toned trim and terrific i think its called. Havent done the last one yet but the first two im really impressed with

I really like the super shredder circuit too, it's my fave.

Lou89, Big W have a great selection of workout DVDs, the Jillian Michaels ones are great too, in some ways they are harder than Michelles. I've got both and like to mix it up a bit.
