I loooove Lindsay Brin's DVDs, they are mainly bootcamp ones so no complicated routines. They are really hard work and a great workout, I usually only do 20-30 mins (they are in 10 minute segments) and I'm dripping with sweat and exhausted by the end! I also love the old Tae Bo ones as well, fun and hard work but not complicated. Oh and zumba is fun too, doesn't feel like a workout at all.

I like the Michelle Bridges crunch time dvds. I bought a 3 pack from Big W for about $35 and they are great. The Jillian Michaels ones are good too. They are hard work, but not complicated.

I love Jillian michaels 30 day shred (well I hate her while I'm doing it but got fantastic results!) I toned up so much and lost 15kgs in 3 months doing that plus half hour walk 6 days a week and making healthier food choices. I have ripped in 30 too but have not used it yet as currently preg and there is a lot of jumping around, will be using both to get back into shape after tho

Did u find the michelle bridges ones easy to follow and a good thorough workout? I find ones like zumba too hard.....uncoordinated here!! I just want a fun full body workout thats not full of complicated routines

Agreed! I have the Michelle bridges crunch time DVDs and they are great! It's a really good workout and very easy to follow. The super shredder is exhausting!

You do need some dumbells though, I just got some cheap ones from Kmart.
