    Default What foods did you introduce first?

    Hi
    Just wondering what you started your LO on? And what else after that?
    Hoping to try some when bub is 4months

    I started with some farex then slowly introduced some pureed apple and pear also pureed pumpkin and sweet potato.

    Avocado & banana. That way I could eat the rest to save throwing out the leftovers (instead of using 2 tsp of baby food jars). They are vitamin nutritious fresh food instead of jarred commercial. They can be thrown into the nappy bag instead of worrying about storring in sterilised/clean containers, and bubs chocked less if I let them bite into the banana & avocado themselves so they learned to handle the food in their mouths rather than spooning food in their mouths for them.

    This. It's easily digestible. Apparently banana can cause constipation too early on.

    Almost the same as me... except I start with pureed pear and apple, then move onto Rafferty's cereal (the orange packet), then orange vegies.

    Mashed potato and rice. Then other veges. Basically whatever veges I was having.

    Avocado, then very ripe pear - both unprocessed in any way. After a few weeks of that then slowly introduced other steamed vegies, then more fruits.

    Cucumber, sweet potato, broccoli, goat yogurt, pumpkin, avocado, rockmelon , egg and salmon in the first week
