'flu biotic' excellent stuff and I'm pretty sure it's all natural.
I take the liquid stuff in OJ and it's awesome

Yes they do require common sense but sometimes you require something, like analgesia, in addition to natural therapies which im a big fan of. Mine unfortunately turned into a sinus infection which required oral antibiotics & rest is hard with a 2 year old. Hope you feel better.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I tried all the natural remedies, it got the better of me today so i went to my gp, turns out i have a throat and ear infection. No wonder I've been feeling so crappy. Hopefully the antibiotics will stop this cold immediately!

Hope the antibiotics work quickly. I am a big fan of manuka honey the higher the umf level the more effective it is, I haven't needed antibiotics for about a year since i started taking it and I was one of those people who always ended up on them with any virus I caught I could never shake it on my own. Vitamin C and zinc are also great along with garlic as prevention measures as well as using while having a cold.
